Inspire Yourself

Everyone knows that fitness is good for you. But at Bones Pilates & Movement, we make it fun — and we’ll help you find a routine that works for your lifestyle and personal goals. Whether you’re new or a seasoned veteran, we’ve got what you need to stay healthy and feel great.

Previously Claudine at Greens we have now evolved to represent all of the fitness we can offer you including Reformer Pilates classes. The goal is to be a place where anyone can come and join in on the fitness fun. We want you to leave feeling better than ever. Showing up can be the hardest part. Let us take care of the rest.

There is a huge variety of classes to take part in... Zumba, Pilates, Pilates for Beginners, Yoga and Meditation, JumpFit, CIRCL, Buggy Beat, LBT and Abs. Most classes are 45 minutes in duration and some are a quick 25 minutes to enable you to find the time to get that workout in.

Located in Silks Way in Braintree, we are within the Legends building. There is free parking in the visitor parking spaces in the far corner of the car park. These are free for two hours. There is also parking directly outside the building.

Pilates

LBT
